Video Contest

Flip Video   And the winners are....

The Muskegon County Environmental Coordinating Council would like to congratulate Fruitport Middle School students for their winning entries into the Household Hazardous Waste Reduction Video Contest!

The MCECC received 16 video contest entries from the two school districts of Fruitport and Holton. All videos were scored and ranked on meeting general contest entry criteria as well as creativity, quality of information, delivery, and the reflectivity of community knowledge needs by a panel of public health, environmental health, and education professionals.

Thanks to a generous donation by the Community Foundation for Muskegon County and in-kind contest coordination services by the MAISD's Regional Math and Science Center, $850.00 in classroom supply gift certificates were given out to 7 classrooms.
